Epson Stylus R340 Printing crooked Epson, Stylus, Printing, crooked

Hey guys, i have an Epson Stylus R340 and it prints fine on paper, but not when i use the cd/card tray. I have been trying to print gift certificates for my store onto pvc cards and it will not print straight. Is this a common problem? do i need a new tray or something?
