Hi all -

Have a Designjet 130 that spits small drops of ink on my prints. It is pretty random...sometimes it happens, sometimes not. The only consistent thing about it is that IF it "splurfs" (this is what we call it here in the office), it only splurfs one color. So there may be 4 or 5 small spots of ink of the same color on an 18x24" print.

What we've done:

Soft cleaned the printheads
Changed out the printheads and ink (all are always up to date)
Replaced the ISS assembly with a new one

Does anyone offer any suggestions as to what else we might do? I'd love to see our printer lead a more hassle-free life!
