Hi there,
This is an indication that the feed sensor is broken or just being block by an ink blotch or a small paper. If you are comfortable in opening your samsung printer, please check the sensors behind the paper feed rollers. Wipe them clean with a cloth with isopropyl alcohol and make sure it is clean.
Put the parts back together. Do not turn on the Printer yet. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds (while it is plugged off the main power) and release it. Plug back the power and test your printer. Check if this will remove the error message. If not, consider yourself buying a new printer as this is not a replaceable part.

i think this is the same problem that i have now.. my pritner sensors seems to fail on detecting my new samsung ml1210d3 laser cartridge , i have 2 unused new cartridges which would not work on my printer.
