Verizon changed my router now my printer says not connected.  I put the new router in there location but still not working

it keeps saying connection failed.  I did the letters in all capitals as it said but I'll just have to keep tryig.  Can you just send me (email) atXXX@XXXXXX.XXX
the instructions and I'll try later.  I do have an appt I have to go to.

No, but you need to make sure the password XXXXX XXXXX before we continue with other steps.

connection failed.  message:  my machine supports spa, wpa2, open and shared key.  WPA supports TKIP or AES encryption methods.  WPA2 suppers AES for the encryption method   Open and shared key core pond to WEP key

it says it's connecting to the WLAN

Use the up/down arrow keys, to choose this network and press ok.
Enter the password XXXXX the network on the printer and press ok.
Then tell me what does  it says?

it says:  R7GRF - that's the new router

press menu on the printer press ok.
press up/down arrow and choose network press ok.
press up/down arrow and choose WLAN and press ok.
press up/down arrow and choose setup wizard, then press ok.
Then tell me what options do you see on the printer?

You have to say yes or no, in order to proceed with next steps. I am not asking you tell me the password, and you do not have to give it to me. You have tell me if you know it, so i can provide you the steps because if you don't know it, then you'll need to find it before proceeding with the steps.

That's not correct.
Do you know your wireless network name and it's password?
Also, which operating system are you running?

Beneath the router on the sticker, or it should be written on the front.
