Tried formatting, deleting, and installing and I get error (0x80300024) 'unable to install'.
The disk had no any OS installed so all I can use is the windows 7 installer, and it's command prompt. I already tried also cleaning all the disk in diskpart. I can't create partition too using diskpart or even during installation. I have no other hard drive so i don't have to disconnect some. Help! I'm only using aspire one and a usb for installation.

Typically it's due to having more than one hard drive installed/available to the computer. Make sure you only have one hard drive installed on your computer & see if you can install Windows, it should be the primary hard drive that you want to install Windows onto. If you have a choice of disk 0 or disk 1, try installing it on disk 1, but it should be on 0 & the largest partition if there are more than one.
The other possibilities are:
1) the hard drive you have is bad or not completely compatible for some reason;
2) the USB you speak of may be part of the problem. I'd need more details.
