Thank you for your answer, I must try but I need to now how I am suppose to clean it? I have to buy new ink.?

The ink I have still has alot of pages to print though.

I noticed you have an X3470.  I'm guessing the printer was working before and the error messages about the lid not being closed and the wrong ink just started.  With your computer OFF, unplug the printer's USB cable from the computer, and unplug the printer's power cord from the wall socket..  Start your computer.  When  you get to the desktop, first plug the power cord back in and then plug the USB cable back into the computer  Let the computer reconnect to the printer.  Sometimes that resets things and clears those error messages.
If that doesn't help, I'd suggest contacting Lexmark tech support.  They have live chat and email toward the bottom of the page.  You might also  find some help articles if you search for 'lid not closed error message' or something like that.
