Set Up for HP OfficeJet 4620 prints to fax only

Trying to set up OfficeJet 4620 wireless to laptop running Windows 7.  Wireless set up works.  When a document prints, a fax page pops up.  Document never prints to printer.  After set up the printer name is preceded by FAX.  Have removed the printer and re-installed numerous times.  Don't see option to make it anything different.  Any help appreciated.

Need to make sure that the printer driver is selected as the default printer instead of the fax print driver in devices and printers.

Follow the steps to change the default printer:
1. Open Devices and printers folder
2. Right click on printer, and select Set as default printer
3. Make sure that the HP Officejet 4620 series has the check mark next to it. If the Fax-HP Officejet 4620 series has the check mark select the HP Officejet 4620 series to change default printer.
