Poor Dell support on their own Dell-printers

Despite a good support on their Dell PC's their seems to be a lack of support when it comes to their Dell Printers.

At this moment I'm very disappointed. There is a lack of documentation, support, service from Dell.

I hope this will not be a cry in the dark, chiefs of Dell-Support do something about it !

I did get a chance to read your last post, before it was removed. Forum policies forbit posting...

1. Using character substitution to circumvent the profanity filter
2. Unauthorized solicitation (gathering information against Dell, spamming, advertising)
3. Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, vulgar, profane, explicit, obscene, racially or ethnically offensive
4. You may not post any of the following:
Dell employee name (full)
Dell employee email
Dell employee phone/extension
case number
tracking number
customer number
order number
service tag number


If you are patient, the llynster usually can help you with this in the printer forum. He has been busy lately, so you have to be patient. He is really good at this but sometimes his boss has him doing other things for his company, so he cannot alway get online. There are also others that can help. I added the manual to your post here, in hopes that it moved up so someone else can help you.

Most of us here at Dell Community Forums are people that have problems and people that can help you fix your problems. We also have some great Liasons that help monitor the forums and help us.

If you have a problem, please state the make and model of your computer and Operating system. Make and model of your printer. How the printer is connected and what your problem is. I'm sure someone here is more than willing to help talk you through the process on how to fix your problem.
