I've a Win2003 R2 server and installed a netgear PS121 USB Print server so I could use the printer in the domain. The printers are deployed on several machines. It prints perfect, but i got always a first page with username, @plj set jobattr="jobacct2=computername" @pjl set jobattr="jobAcct3
After that, it prints the job.
The printers are HP Laserjet 1160 and i used the HP Universal Print Driver v5.0.3 for Windows.
How can I remove the first page of my job, with the info described as above?
Thnx in advance

The LaserJet 1160 was a cut-down variant of the LJ 1320.
It is a bit of a hybrid, in that it is essentially a host-based device, but it also supports PCL5 (but not PCL6 or PS).
So perhaps:
(a) The quoted PJL commands are part of the standard job header output from the Universal Printer Driver (and nothing to do with additional banner pages).
(b) The LJ 1160 has limited (or no) support for PJL, hence just prints these commands rather than processing them.

It sounds like someone attempted to set up a banner page, but that the UEL code was not issued correctly. You may be able to locate the banner page in the print driver and uncheck it, although it sounds like it may be coming from somewhere other than the driver. <br>Good luck. <br>Reference <br>
