Oki es3640 mfp

Original problem is "incompatible toner" message and machine thought it was a C9800 model instead of 3640. Downloaded toner patch software from Oki and updated firmware (machine toner message cleared but now getting "replace magenta drum" even though it is almost new. Wanted to clear NV-RAM (table for supplies to clear) but went into diagnostic mode and "NV RAM" is not a choice. Called Oki Hotline and they have escalated call to talk to an engineer. I'm thinking they're not going to call me back...help!

Hi, how are you? We have a similar toner problem
with our machine, can I please, please, please ask
you Email me Toner patch? I can return a favor and
provide you with easy method of resetting a drums -
you can actually do so anytime and use them till
they actually go bad, same goes for a fuser but
fuser need a screwdriver and some disassembling
where drums don't. Email: UnlimitedBT@yahoo.com, I
