Hi,

You can try stopping the spooler to fix the “Document pending” issue. For this, you need to select the Control Panel from the Start menu and then select the Administrative Tools. A new window is displayed on which you need to select the Services tab and scroll down to Print Spooler. Select the Spooler and click the Stop button. After doing this, you need to try rebooting the system and can see that the message vanishes.

The print job is stuck in the queue. It occurs, whenevr u try to print without papers or cartridges..
Step 1 :
Remove the USB cable from the computer end and the restart your computer.
or
Step2:
Click Start --> Run. In RUN type, services.msc. You will get services window. Go for Print Spooler. Make a right click on print spooler and click stop. Then restart your computer.
or

Try stopping the Print spooler. 1. Click Start 2. Click Control Panel 3. Click Administrative Tools. 4. Click on Services 5. Scroll down to Print Spooler and click on it. 6. Then click on Stop then OK .
Try rebooting your PC and see if you get the message again. The Spooler should restart at boot up. But if it doesn't just redo the steps above but instead stopping at step 6 click start. I hope this helps
