My printer is a MFC -J825 DW. I put in new ink cartridges

My printer is a MFC -J825 DW.  I put in new ink cartridges recently but they are barely printing and only in the blue color.  The print job is very smeary and it does not say that I need more ink.
One document will not print anything and keeps giving me a blank page.

If the problem is not solved we will try manually cleaning the printhead and the cartridges.
Please let me know if you want to continue or not.

I am sorry, I got little confused with the model number. Your's is an inkjet printer.
We will go with the pinthead cleaning procedure.
I will give you a guide which will help you to clean the printhead.

I can't do all of this.  The pictures of the machine do not even match my Brother.  I don't know where the toner cartridge is located.

As of first step I will suggest you to clean the corona wire.

What is the age of your printer ?

It is faint, it is a color printer but only the blue printed in some places it is too faint to see.  I just replaced the color cartridges and the black cartridge recently too.

Recently I did another document and the color was supposed to be red but only yellow printed.

Can you please elaborate more on the printing quality ?
Is the printing Curled or wavy/ Black toner marks across the page/ Faint/ White lines/ bands or ribbing across the page etc. ?
