My experience of these has been very poor. After taking up an offer to buy 6 in bulk i have had nothing but trouble with them. Initially they dont work and i was advised to soak the head in hot water and keep upright for 24 hours. Then when the test page finally prints the printer says all the cartridges have been empty(last 3 new ones tried this morning) and apparently when i ignored this thinking they cant be empty the printer has used all my coloured ink to make black! IJT are not interested as it is now 12 months (just) since I bought the 6. My advice buy genuine (expensive) or buy a new printer based on the cost of its genuine ink.

Probably bad luck with the supplier, you can try here

They also have a refill by post service if you do get a set of genuine ones, though ask if they can refill any of the ones you already have
If you are considering changing the printer, Epson probably have the better availability of compatibles, Pro Jet work well and are available from UKDVDR and bigpockets amongst others

What do you mainly use the printer for, Epson range from 30 for a basic printer to 115 for an all-in-one non wireless, wireless from 130 approx
