I have a Lexmark Interpret S405 that has, since a drivers upgrade, only printed one document and then freezes - also will not power off and the mains have to be disconnected. I then have to wait for a couple of hours, turn on the printer, go into the system and delete the document that was not printed and then again, only prints one document at a time before it repeats the whole exercise. I am getting very frustrated and want to throw the printer into a dustbin but I have so many new cartridges left and I also need to do colour printing. Please can you assist?

Thank you - I tried the printer and I printed three different items. Such a simple answer so why do they bring out updates that affect a whole lot of people.

Can you double click on it and uninstall it.
Then, check if the issue persists.
Make sure you check after uninstall Internet Explorer 11

Can you go to Control Panel -> Programs & Features -> Uninstall a Program
From the left menu, click "View Installed updates"
In the search bar, type "explorer" and tell me what version of Internet Explorer is it?
