Thank you for your reply, however, this step had already been tried.

After further assesment of your support as well as others real experience postings of this product as well as other HP Printers, we have come to the same conclusion as most of the others.  HP is not what they use to be and not a well built printer.  The support takes you in circles, with no real solution to the problem.

Conclusion:  Replace HP Printer with a Non HP Printer.  Stay away from all HP Products in the future.  No need for the headache of running in circles with poor products and non support.

1.  Printer message goes from problem with printhead Magenta/Cyan to carriage jam.  Back and forth.  There is no carriage jam and I replaced the printhead.

2. Windows 7 Home Edition Service Pack 1

4.  Connection Method - USB

5. Error Messages on Printer Screen
    Carriage Jam
     Problem with printhead Magenta/Cyan

I found how to do the full reset.  After completing the full reset I get an error message on the printer screen
"Carraige Jam"
I open the carriage door, no jam, click okay.

Get error message problem with printhead magenta/cyan.  open printhead compartment, close.  Start over with carriage jam.

I really need help. I have spent useless hours with blog & forum jibber-jabber. I need help now or this junk goes out the 3rd floor window to see if it can bounce. I also might add that your support is the wrast I've ever encountered, and all my office HP equipment will share the 3rd floor journey if this is not fixed ASAP

Pressing OPK does not clear message " Clear Paper Jam" when there is no jam.

Hi am11064,

Is the printer still under warranty or do you have an extended warranty on the printer?

Have you tried replacing the Printheads in the printer?

No.  When I turned the printer back on, it immediately started the alignment process.  Then a message came up and it said "Alignment Cancelled".  I tried to print, but it won't.
