HP 4L ON/OFF Switch

Just got HP 4L Printer, with no Manual. HP support no longer has them. Are there any free on-line manuals? How do I turn it off?

I haven't found a manual but the HP website says this:-
HP LaserJet 4L Printer - Intelligent On/Off
ISSUE: Intelligent On/Off replaces the power switch.
SOLUTION: The HP LaserJet 4L printer goes into Intelligent Off mode after 15 minutes of non-use using only 5 watts of power per hour (180 watts on the average during printing).
The printer powers on instantly when you:
* send a job to the printer
* touch the front button
* open the printer's top door
* insert paper into the printer
If I find any references to online manuals, I'll let you know.
